Shipping method and times

You have the choice:

  • We generally deliver your order by La Poste within 3 to 4 business days of receiving your order. As soon as your package leaves our facilities, we will notify you by email.
  • You have the option of express delivery with UPS. If your order arrives Monday through Thursday before 12:00 PM (CET), you will receive your items the next business day. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on public holidays. In this case, you will receive your order the next business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a link to track your shipment.
  • We also offer the PuDo option as a shipping method. With the PuDo option, you can have your package delivered to the collection point of your choice. To do this, you will be asked to enter your email address and phone number during the order process. You will then receive an email and SMS as soon as your order is available at the collection point. Delivery time is 3 to 4 business days once the package leaves our warehouse.


Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping with Private Parcel
    For any invoice amounting to €120.00 or more, we offer free shipping. If the order value does not reach €120.00, we charge €5.95 in shipping costs.
  • Standard shipping with LaPoste
    For any invoice amounting to €120.00 or more, we offer free shipping. If the order value does not reach €120.00, we charge €5.95 in shipping costs.
  • Express shipping with UPS
    We charge €15.00 shipping for all express deliveries, regardless of the amount of purchases made.


Billing address and delivery address

When ordering, you can specify a delivery address that differs from your billing address. To do this, first enter your billing address during the order process. Then click the "Specify a different delivery address" button. Using a different delivery address is only possible with payment by invoice.

Delivery to France

Please note that orders placed on birkenstock.com/fr can only be delivered to France and only to customers with a billing address in France.
